Who are we?
Kineticon Building Maintenance is a Building Maintenance & Construction company based in Perth servicing Metropolitan, Regional and remote Western Australia. We are a registered building company. Our directors have more than 50 years’ combined experience in construction, project management, building maintenance and facility management.
Utilising a broad base of prequalified subcontractors KBM is quickly building a name as a reputable and trustworthy business. We always strive to complete all jobs safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. We understand that communication is important such that we utilise technology to keep our clients and stakeholders updated in real time all the time.
We support many different clients both in the Public and Private sectors: Government, Retail, Commercial, Aged Care, Strata, Industrial, Petroleum Industry, Education, Health and Mining.
Safety
We provide a safe working environment with the sole aim of ensuring that everyone who works for us goes back to their families safely at the end of the day. We take that very serious and make sure that at all times our employees and subcontractors are trained and educated about injury prevention and hazard identification.
KBM recognises that all employees, contractors, clients and visitors shall be provided with a safe and healthy work environment. We understand that occupational health and safety is an important part of how we conduct our business and is imperative to our ongoing success.
KBM management is committed to and proactively supports programs to eliminate and prevent workplace injuries and illness. Training will be provided to personnel in safety and health requirements and standards. No work environment can be made safe merely by the publication of rules. Safety at work is both an individual and shared responsibility of management, employees, contractors, clients and visitors.

Kineticon reserves the right to refuse engagement with any individuals or entities found to participate in modern slavery. Our commitment is reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and relevance, demonstrating our dedication to a safe and responsible business environment.
