Level 1 Care
The asset meets its statutory obligations and basic minimum cleanliness, no Capital replacement planned; the strategy is run to fail with Plant and Equipment replacing the same when required following failure.

The asset is maintained to meet its statutory obligations; the cleaning is paramount for both aesthetics and health & safety standards keeping an agreed optimum asset value consistent with market conditions and basic maintenance standards. KBM will provide advice on Capital replacement through basic Life Cycle plans and in accordance with a risk management strategy.

The asset maintains a pristine, as new, condition thus enhancing the return on investment keeping the maximum asset value consistent with market conditions and advanced maintenance standards.
